A writer and painter, Carole Naggar has been featured in numerous art galleries around the world. Born in Cairo, she lived in Paris until 1987 and is currently based in New York. She has a studio at the YoHo Studios in Yonkers, and is the Special Projects Editor for PixelPress.org, an award-winning online magazine.
Among her publications is a biography of British photographer George Rodger, published in 2000 by Syracuse University Press; a chapter in National Geographic: The Milestones (Washington, N.G. Books, Oct. 1999), Juifs du Nil, images de l'invisible (Che Vuoi magazine, Paris, Winter 1999) and Eikoh Hosoe: Luna Rossa (Shinchosha pub., Tokyo, Spring 2000).
Her work is owned by museums and private collections in Europe, U.S., Israel and Canada.
