CLOSING SALE
It is with no small amount of sadness that after 11 years, Noel Fine Art announces the closing of its gallery at 80 Kraft Avenue in Bronxville, May 31st, 2010.
Beginning on May 1st, 2010, we will be having a “moving sale” comprised of the merchandise in the gallery – many at 30 to 40% off retail prices -- including vintage watches, clocks, oriental rugs, Chinese art, wooden boxes, jade jewelry and many, many other items. The sale will end May 31st.
Having served the community since 1999, Noel Fine Art is moving to a larger studio space at 33 Terrace Place in Tuckahoe, NY, just a short walk up from the train station. The new gallery space will continue to exhibit some of finest artists in Westchester, as well as continue to provide a range of services, including art, antiques, rugs and watch appraisals; art restoration; fine art framing; and watch / clock repairs.
As an exciting new addition, the new gallery will also offer art classes, including instruction in painting, drawing and watercolor – both with and without a model – as well as demonstrations in making sculpture with different materials. (A schedule of classes will be posted on our website – www.noelfineart.com -- mid August.) Finally, in a salute to the artistic and literary “salons” of another era, we will also be scheduling poetry and book readings by local writers, and we will offering the gallery as a place to meet.
I look forward to serving current and new customers at my new space in Tuckahoe.
Warm regards,
Noel DeGaetano

Noel Fine Art moving to Tuckahoe
I got this email today- and I immediately thought the worst. But fortunately, they are actually moving to a bigger space. Not sure why the press release is so negative.
