JAZZ AND BLUES AT DUSK

Yonkersdowntown.com, the website of the Downtown/Waterfront BID, has announced their summer schedule of Friday Jazz Concerts.

Performances are in the Amphitheatre on the Hudson River, immediately to the south of the Yonkers Recreation Pier, at the foot of Main Street.

Performances are Fridays from 6:30-8 pm, and they are free!

INTERESTING FUN FACT:
The Yonkers Downtown site did not have any information on the musicians that would be playing-- so I looked it all up myself. The only artist who I couldn't find a website for was DeForest Raphael, who is a local Yonkers pastor and on the film commission of the City of Yonkers, and a board member of Youth Theatre Interactions.
Come on DeForest, get with it!
