If you are a roster artist, and didn't get that email, you should give them a call.
But that reminded me to post this info about becoming a Roster Artist. The call is not til September, but I think that it would behoove you who are not on it to get on it. (Westchester Arts Council also maintains a separate Artist Directory which is not juried.)

Arts Partners Artist Roster. Westchester-based artists who are skilled at integrating the arts with learning are invited to apply for inclusion in the Artist Roster. To be eligible you must live or maintain a studio in Westchester, have a body of original work and demonstrate the ability to design and construct successful residencies. Once vetted, Roster Artists are eligible for grants to conduct residencies in school or community sites through our Arts Partners program.
The process is competitive; a panel reviews and conducts interviews with candidates - refer to the Application Guidelines to see if becoming a Roster Artist is right for you.
Please contact Aina Holtz-Lagor, Manager of Arts Education for more information at 914-428-4220 x241 or ahlagor@westarts.com.
