The Clifton Anderson Quartet: Clifton Anderson on trombone; Benito Gonzalez  on piano; Essiet Essiet on bass; Steve Williams on drums.

Clifton Anderson is considered one of the top trombonists working in Jazz music today. He is well known for his contributions to Sonny Rollins performances and recordings spanning a 27 year relationship. In addition Clifton has collaborated with a "who's who" of diverse musical artists from Stevie Wonder to The Mighty Sparrow. At the end of 2009 Clifton left the Rollins band to showcase his talent leading his own world class group. Original compositions ranging from straight-ahead head boppers to foot tapping calypso and inventive takes on standards are all part of the line-up.
