The Yonkers Downtown Waterfront Business Improvement District will team up with the Yonkers Public Library to present “Heart, Funk And Soul,” a free Valentine’s Day concert. Two top NY metro area bands—Funkasaurus Rex,  a jazz-funk band and Garry Sieger & Friends, a classic R & B and soul group—will perform from 7:30 to 10:00 PM, Friday, February 11,  at the Yonkers Riverfront Library, 1 Larkin Center, Yonkers.

Created in 2005 by tenor saxophonist Joey Berkley, Funkasaurus Rex features a dynamic, five-piece horn section with a versatile rhythm section.
